The draw down in the ordinals eco post-runes has been devastating to witness. Hype, leverage, reality, wreck then poverty. Creators fled as consumers stubbornly married old dying bags. 1.5 years later theres very little hype, but lots being actually delivered. Great collection mints are doing poorly if they mint out, but maybe thats not bad. Maybe shaking the carpet as hard as we could to see who falls off is a necessary cull. Maybe everyone who liquidated their favorite ordinals at a 90%+ loss to go chase Hyperliquid/Solana shitters etc wasn't really interested to begin with- and was holding back actual development. Maybe this is an epic hardening that every small and young but powerful ecosystem, has to go through in order to become whatever it's about to. There's a lot of strong tooling being built atm, and the user experience is getting better and better. Cool shit is cool shit whether lots of other people see it or not. This place rules.
