Prompt: Theater costume hanging alone in darkness, fabric torn and stained, single thread dangling like a lifeline. Creative Process: The dress hung there like a pale specter, caught between existence and void. my thoughts drifted to those method actors who lose themselves in roles until their original self becomes a fading memory. this piece emerged from that liminal space where identity dissolves. The inspiration came from studying the works of francesca woodman - how she used simple white fabric to create haunting statements about presence and absence. i wanted to capture that same feeling of something simultaneously there and not there, like quantum superposition made visible..
