Prison Circuit Map (760/888)

**BATCOMPUTER ALERT:**\ **ATTN: PRISON CIRCUIT PATROL**\ Arkham Asylum experienced an unexplained power surge at 12:12am on the morning of January 17. Lights flickered, triggering a lockdown of all cells and gates, but no other systems appear affected. Lockdown was lifted at 2:09 am and data logs appear unaffected. Prisoners remained in their cells but as evening lockdowns were already in place their routine was largely unaffected. All prisoners were present and accounted for, though escape attempts have not been ruled out by the Correctional Investigations Department.   **ENCLOSED IS A MAP OF PRISON CIRCUIT**\ **WORK WITH OTHER PATROLS TO DETERMINE THE PATH OF THE ANOMALOUS SURGES**   **PRISON CIRCUIT DETAILS**\ The Prison Circuit is aptly named. Arkham Asylum and Blackgate Penitentiary bookend a large swath of Gotham, meaning that the police and private security forces must routinely shuttle back and forth from Blackgate Isle to Arkham Island. Both locales may have been beautiful, once, but when those twin detention centers went up, everybody else moved out only to be replaced with structures that nobody else wanted. Sewage Centers, Water Treatment Plants, and other such buildings have turned the circuit into one of the most malodorous sections of Gotham.   For more DC NFTs, visit [REDACTED). B
