AI needs more sensors, not more GPUs. The biggest unlock on the horizon is making AI capable of properly interacting with the real world - which means it also has to perceive it in real time. You may not have paid attention to physical AI before Jensen of NVIDIA spelled it out for you at CES, but many builders in the DePIN space have been laser focused on making the physical world more accessible to AI for years. I’m proud of the @AukiNetwork and whole-heartedly believe that the emerging decentralized machine perception network will ultimately flip even L1s in value. L1s today may seem gargantuan, but they’re just the biggest players in a small and increasingly insignificant pond: Finance is not the future of everything. AI, robotics and intercognitive computing is. The world will very soon grow to over 100 billion decision-making entities, and the smartest thing you can do is build what AI wants to buy: Real world data, AI accessibility, is evergreen. Projects like @GEODNET_ and @onocoyRTK that help machines find their place, or @OVRtheReality, @SpexiNetwork, @Hivemapper and @NATIXNetwork that capture real-world data for the benefit of AI will dominate this and several coming growth cycles. @helium will and must prevail. Their role in making the world more accessible to machine intelligence cannot be discounted. The most impactful thing humanity can do this decade is make the world AI accessible. Cry more, DeFI bros. Your ”AI agents” will be insignificant even if successful. The world is about to become unfathomably more productive, and you’re fighting for scraps instead of looking up. Next decade will see the first 10 trillion dollar project. That’s why we focus on building true value. @balajis vision of the network state is inspiring - but wait until you encounter the network mind. This is the DePIN decade - we’re building the decentralized nervous system of AI. Are you busy? Are you paying attention?
