For a teetotaler I spend a lot of time in bars. People drag me to bars or pubs all the time (usually at conventions). Everyone gabs while I suck on my Roy Rogers or Shirley Temple. When I’m hanging out with French or British or certain Americans (not all) they progress to drunkenness and I strive to leave just before that point. Got to give the Germans & Spanish credit. Either they don’t get drunk in bars or they’re great at disguising it.
