On DAY 2 of my 9 days of BTC only in Lugano
I found on the mylugano app a pharmacy super close to the office & I successfully paid for my ibuprofen (and supplements) with sats ⚡
I'm particularly happy (not only to have cured my headache caused by this bank situation 🫣) but because, of course, pharmacies are essential services and it was super easy to find one
