These are sub-1sat/vB transactions. Bitcoin Core doesn't relay them. Heck, Libre Relay doesn't even relay them.
That they're getting mined shows that your Knots node is accomplishing nothing.

Inscriptions and runes are so worthless now that the apologists are trying to get people to relay near-zero fee transactions so that old, worthless ones can be consolidated by the thousands into single utxos and new ones can be minted for mere pennies.
