Quick update: We received additional round of comments and clarifications from SEC on Wednesday, all in response to our most recent revisions. Minor but fair. We had a constructive call with them yesterday to clarify their comments. We refiled our amended information statement late last night. Fingers crossed this is last turn🤞 We’re very close and we feel immense pressure to close as soon as possible. While we are in this quiet period we are working hard to prepare for go time and I can’t wait to share updates on our actual business progress.
