Ethereum sacrifices speed for security: Solana (with Alpenglow) rebalances for low-latency apps while still defending against strong adversaries. And don’t get me started on L2s 😂: Most current L2s do not have Byzantine fault-tolerant consensus at all. They often rely on a single sequencer, super vulnerable to downtime or censorship.
