you can see each sub-block (flashblock) start within the block when the priority fee share (green) spikes up.
this is the usual "top of block" behavior where people will pay up to get their tx in first.
the key is presumably (?) to find a balance between speed and keeping blocks long enough to hold an auction so that searcher--sequencer colocation isn't the dominant factor.
