Bitcoin maximalists often call me a shitcoiner. That's fine. Accurate through a certain lens. I believe that there will be winners in the altcoin space. But I have consistently been clear on one thing - there is Bitcoin, and there is everything else. In my mind, Bitcoiners being mad that someone chooses to buy an altcoin is like a gold bug being angry that someone has the gall to buy Nvidia stock. I understand and respect their conviction, I just don't view it the same way, because I don't think altcoins are competing with Bitcoin. I see them as entirely different asset classes.
