Cambodia has decided to downgrade diplomatic relations with Thailand to their lowest level of “Second Charge d’Affaires,” following a similar move yesterday against Cambodia by the Thai Foreign Ministry. All diplomatic staff at the Cambodian Embassy in Bangkok have been ordered to immediately return to Phnom Penh.
