The Royal Cambodian Army has resumed cross-border artillery and rocket fire against civilian areas in Thailand, with several homes being damaged within the Village of Ban Phon Thong, Northeastern Thailand, thankfully resulting in no casualties according to authorities in the So Phisai District.
