capitalism already fixed this, big company buy big plot of land and promises no housing and people pay millions per house
and people who really want to live by parks and ready to pay more will have apartment complex owners make sure there are parks
like i agree i wanna live in a nice area as well, nice areas would be muuch cheaper if you could build 60 floor apartments in all of downtown ffs literally wveryone is better off
