RUSSIAGATE: The Russians believed Clinton would be elected in 2016 and as a result began compiling intel that could be used to blackmail Hillary Clinton. According to the House Intel Committee Report, Russian Intelligence had evidence of 'secret meetings' between State Department officials and multiple US religious NGOs offering financial incentives and state patronage in exchange for their support for Clinton’s campaign.
