RUSSIAGATE: The Russians believed Clinton would be elected in 2016 and as a result began compiling intel that could be used to blackmail Hillary Clinton. According to the House Intel Committee Report, Russian Intelligence had high-level DNC emails revealing Clinton’s “psycho-emotional problems, uncontrolled fits of anger, aggression, and cheerfulness” and alleged that she was on a “daily regimen of heavy tranquilizers” during her time in office. These claims were presented as part of Russian intelligence’s plan to withhold compromising material on Clinton until after the election to weaken her presidency.
