If tariffs as currently imposed were deemed illegal AND all "trade deals" needed (and couldn't get 60 votes) to approve firstly I assume Trump would demand filibuster nuclear option. But assuming not an all illegal and unapproved tariffs paid to date were repaid and no future deficit offsetting tariffs were collected what would bonds do
