I’m 32 now (Call me Aunc). That’s over a decade of wins, losses, pivots, heart breaks, and reinvention. What’s kept me going and growing isn’t just consistency. It’s how I showed up every time. Let me explain. 1. Skillset and branding have been my anchors. In every room, pitch, or opportunity, those two things made me undeniable. Even when I didn’t have the loudest voice, I had the strongest presence. Your brand introduces you before you speak. Your skills keep you invited back. 2. Mindset, beyond the work ethic… I’ve always had that shark mentality. Hunger. Drive. Focus. I was never comfortable waiting for the “right time” or “right connection.” I moved with intent, created my own tables, and earned my seat at theirs. 3. Here’s what I’ve learned: Authenticity is your superpower. Doubling down on your true strengths is how you stand out especially in a noisy world chasing trends. The more I became ME, the more aligned doors opened. Effortlessly. 4. If you’re building something anything know this: Consistency will keep you in the game.
