Not gonna shut up about poker now. Learning a lot. Reinforcing what I already knew. Lots of parallels with onchain trading. When do I lose/make a mistake 1) having a shit/okay hand and continuing to bet post-flop. Very rare but happens. Like not cutting a mediocre trade early, or borrowing conviction. The small losses add up 2) having a good hand, not excellent, and betting too much = oversizing on mediocre trades 3) having an excellent hand but betting too hard initially which scares people into folding = getting impatient and sizing too hard too fast When do I win? Excellent hand, precise execution with more calls and raises after the Turn/River to rope people into going all-in and then stealing all their money = taking the plays that matter and stick out only. My problem is that I've become too passive over the past few months and fold on everything onchain Subscribe for more yapping ♦️
Oh yeah I'm not playing with real money, just fake chips
