We really need a lot more R&D on how to build the internet for the AI age. A lot of the web is currently glued together by CAPTCHAs and AIs not being good enough to bypass them and do stuff across the internet But this glue is not going to last for long. Soon it will be too hard to make a CAPTCHA that AI can't get passed but 99%+ of humans can. This may break a lot of the internet and we really don't know what comes next. Let's not wait to find out what breaks!
