For me personally, the best way to relax might be to drink or exercise. Don't even mention exercise; I've almost given up on it in the past six months. Having a few drinks with a good buddy, getting drunk, and then sleeping soundly is truly enjoyable. At that moment, there are no geopolitical issues, no macroeconomic concerns, no market data, and no price trends. There's only "blankness." Never believe a good buddy's claim of just having a "few drinks"; I've proven through experience that every time they say that, it ends up being too much. I drank too much last night, lost track of time, and didn't even know how I got home. The last time I got really drunk, I did something outrageous in Vietnam. I got so drunk with friends that I just ran off with my bag, and then my phone automatically opened Gaode Map to search for the way home. My friend chased me out and quietly said, "Bro, this is Vietnam; you might not be able to get a taxi back." 😂😂 Damn, I was laughed at for days over that. This year, I set a goal to find an opportunity to get the neighbor Ni Da drunk and then roll him up. 😂
