My biggest takeaway from the launchpad wars the last couple weeks. The “house” is not actually the launchpads, but rather it is the chains that prioritize chain architecture to support the use case. They get to win regardless of which launchpad becomes hot. The real moat is priority fees and MEV opportunities that come along with the category. I think this accelerates launchpads building their own chains. Something I would have thought to be a poor decision even as recently as a month ago.
