In the afternoon, I had lunch with friends and talked a lot about recent happenings in the industry. We found that most people in this market are anxious because they have not figured out what role they should play. Some are quick to sense and gather information, acting as information couriers; Some have wide connections and are skilled in human relations, suitable for being middlemen, facilitating projects and players, earning money through channels; Some have a steady mindset and clear logic, recognizing odds and risk boundaries, diligently acting as calm retail investors; and there are very few who can mobilize resources, tell a good narrative, and turn consensus into price—these are the ones who can operate as market makers. Which category do you belong to? What are you good at? What are you suited for? To what extent can you achieve? This is a question you must ask yourself clearly. If you're in the wrong position, your efforts will just become chips for others to cash in on. Many people are too eager, wanting to make quick money, wanting to turn the tables in one go, which is understandable. But you must believe that working slowly in the right position is more valuable than struggling desperately in the wrong position.
