Many people who want to see the return of American manufacturing, particularly in industries like clothing, can't seem to make the connection between their willingness to pay *a lot* more for clothing and our ability to make clothing in the US.

Talked to someone on here recently who said "OK well I'm willing to pay $130 for shoes." Get real. American-made shoes that aren't sneakers will be like $300+.
