oh, i get it now. the reason for docker is because it's literally easier to bundle an entire operating system than a single python package

it actually happened to me. they were all drunk and some of the little ones were stoned, and i tried to explain that they shouldn't use old versions of cmake or write scripts depending on random binaries, they yelled "only pip install ici!!"
