We just raised a $5.5M seed round to build the network for Private Shared State. It’s the thing we’ve been working towards for years, and now we finally get to realise it. Here’s why we’re building it

For over a decade, we’ve seen the same tension: You can compute transparently, or privately, but not both. And if multiple parties are involved? It's game over. Privacy becomes isolation. Collaboration breaks.

Ethereum gave us verifiable computation, but made all data public. Zero-knowledge gave us privacy, but only in single-player mode. The missing piece: A way to collaborate on private data, and prove it was done right.

We started working on this in 2022 - combining our research on ZK, MPC, and a cryptographic primitive called coSNARKs. Now we’ve built: - A production-ready proving network - Tooling for Aztec / Noir - MPC infra powering World’s iris system (14M+ users)

What we’re building is simple to say, hard to pull off: Encrypted collaboration, at scale. Not “privacy for one user.” Private shared state, so multiple parties can compute and verify together.
