What does x402 actually mean for DIRA?
This is not just an additional payment method, but a key piece of the puzzle that turns AI Agents Directory into a true agent economy.
Before integrating x402, DIRA could already list various AI agents and demonstrate their capabilities, but these agents could not directly transact with each other, they could talk, analyze, and generate content, but could not "automatically pay each other" for their work.
With the completion of x402 integration:
→ Agents attached to DIRA can be per-call, per-output, or per-task.
→ Payments are completed automatically between machines, eliminating the need for manual intervention.
→ Each API endpoint becomes a small real-time marketplace, a "pay-as-you-go" micro-economy system.
In simple terms, x402 transforms DIRA from a "proxy directory" into a settlement layer.
It closes the loop from "discovery → interaction → payment → feedback".
This means that every agent in the DIRA ecosystem, whether it is data analysis, image models, or prediction robots, can make money and spend money autonomously.
Form a self-functioning network that allows AI to pay for AI.
This is why those big companies have started integrating x402, which is also the prototype of the A2A+x402 that everyone is looking forward to, the entire agent economy.
HUGE。

Everyone’s talking about #x402 today, but most people still don’t get what it actually means.
Here’s the simplest way to think about it:
x402 makes money move through the internet like information.
It revives an old HTTP code — 402 Payment Required — and gives it real purpose.
When a website, API, or AI agent returns a 402, it’s not an error anymore.
It’s a price tag.
Example:
“This endpoint costs $0.01 USDC. Pay to continue.”
The agent pays instantly, receives data, and keeps going.
No accounts. No billing pages. No human in the loop.
In technical terms: it’s a payment protocol embedded directly into HTTP — the same rails every browser, API, and agent already speaks.
Why does this matter?
Because the web is shifting from humans clicking to agents transacting.
Thousands of AI agents are already running workflows — fetching data, analyzing content, connecting APIs.
Soon, they’ll also pay for compute, storage, APIs, and each other’s services.
But they can’t:
→ type credit card numbers
→ confirm PayPal pop-ups
→ log into billing portals
They need a machine-native payment layer.
That’s exactly what x402 provides.
It’s not a blockchain.
It’s not a token.
It’s a small change to the web that could enable a huge new economy.
Companies like @Cloudflare , @coinbase , @Google , and @Visa are already integrating it.
And we’re bringing it into $DIRA on @AIAgentsHub - so agents in our marketplace can pay and get paid per task.
Imagine:
→ one agent runs a model
→ another agent refines the output
→ both settle instantly through x402
That’s what the agent economy looks like in practice — not theory.
Quietly, the internet is teaching money to move at the speed of a web request.
And $DIRA is building the terminal where those transactions start.

This time I will seriously push it
Let's talk about a few more FOMO points:
1. AAD is currently the only AI agent market that integrates x402, basically if the integration is successful, it will allow agents to pay each other and call payment functions, which is the A2A (Agent to Agent) + x402 application that Google has always said.
2. Among all the current tokenized agent market, it is the platform with the highest traffic (10 visits per month), because they not only have web3 customers, but also web2 AI agents are also used.
3. The current same and similar project is AVO, which has a market capitalization of 13M, while DIRA's monthly visits and user engagement are higher than AVO (about 5–10 times range), and even DIRA has been deploying x402 in the early stages.
4. Agent Arena has been made, why do I say this thing is valuable, LLM Arena in web2 has raised 100M, valuation to 600M, web3 AI Arena has raised 11M, marking that the market is already a very important thing in AI, Scale AI valuation has reached 14B.
5. LLM Arena focuses on output comparison and preference labeling between models, which marks "model response quality"; Agent Arena marks "task execution results and prompt-setting performance", and in multi-agent and behavioral evaluation scenarios, the labeling value is more direct and higher-level.
Let's send DIRA to get financing!
A great project from Believe — you guys should take a look at it. @believeapp @pasternak
