I used @grok 4 to start exploring variations of Einstein's final notes. Built a physics simulator in PyTorch to start testing theories recursively, inspired by world modeling. You can just run instances of this locally. Been up since the launch building this (open source! MIT)

Early days at @remote, I only chased big numbers—sign-ups, revenue, posts etc. Then I read something from Hideo Kojima: “If out of 10 players, 4 fall deeply in love, that's a massive win.” Changed everything for me: • Depth > breadth. Those 4 superfans become your best marketers. • Personal touches scale. Handwritten notes, private calls, sneak peeks—customers remember how you made them feel. • Viral spikes fade. Strong communities compound. True fans > big numbers.
