Simple formula.
Everything in this method exists for one reason only: to earn trust. Trust is everything when you build a payment processor. And there are only 2 ways to earn it:
1 - Raise a big round from top VCs. It makes noise, people assume you're legit.
2 - Find a real pain in a niche market and solve it so well that users adopt you even if no one knows your name.
I thought deeply about path #1.
But coming from a big corporation, I don’t want to jump back into a subordinate role where I have to report and justify everything. Not for now.
Instead, we chose path #2.
We started with a niche market: subscriptions for private groups on Telegram & Discord. We have early users. We're improving the product every week. Next step: market domination. One competitor at a time.
And the advantage of focusing hard on a single niche?
We can build exactly what these groups want.
Put them first. Support their growth like we’re part of their team. Eventually, they’ll all switch to Suby because we help them grow. Period.
That’s our focus for the next 2 months.
Once we lock in a few big groups, word-of-mouth will do the rest. We’ll hit thousands of paying users. And our community will scale with it.
From there, trust will be established.
And that’s when we scale Suby to a much broader market. Our early adopters will become our product advocates, our community, our edge. This is what we’re building behind the scenes.
