it feels to me that we're still stuck thinking infrastructure = moat.
wrong.
infrastructure is table stakes now. there are 100+ L1s, 1000+ protocols, endless forks of everything.
your moat is your media machine.
the projects that will capture the next wave users won't be the ones with the best tech. they'll be the ones with the best stories, the most engaging content, the strongest cultural relevance.
and i always say this: people don't buy products. they buy feelings, identities, belonging.
so, if you can't make people feel something, you'll get buried by a team with worse tech but better content.
this is why i'm fascinated by projects going all-in on content-first strategies.
the race isn't to build the best chain anymore.
it's to build the best story (+utility) around your chain.
