it’s true, “ct lead” isn’t a new thing i made this bet 3 years ago, deleted all other social media and only focused on growing my twitter. i thought to myself, it might not be happening now but large companies will want Web3 natives with large social presences to work for them. back then, i was hosting multiple spaces per week, engaging with top accounts and remaining active with posting content. i got busy with a project called y00ts and utilized my years of community psychology experience to help grow the project. all of this put together led to Sandeep reaching out to me on twitter asking if i would like to host spaces on @0xPolygon. i was an intern for 6 months and have been here ever since! i’ve done many things at Polygon: - hosted spaces & AMAs - run community campaigns - supervised a team of community managers - developed a group of polygon content creators - assisted with the launch of the katana community - brought a Kaito campaign to life on katana now i’m moving into a more non-technical devrel role helping to meet founders where they’re at to help them on their journey. throughout my whole time working at polygon, i’ve continued to build my brand while developing new skills within the company. i feel very lucky to be in the position i’m in but it happened because i was doing the right things at the right time to be present for the opportunity that arose. if you are just starting out, build your brand, develop your skills and find your place within this industry. i truly believe that this space will 10x in size and skilled Web3 employees with established brands will only become more valuable.
