GM! On Friday, I shared a few takeaways on the Glamsterdam headliner process in my latest ACD After Hours post. Here's an excerpt from that post:

"As this is the first time that Ethereum developers are formally selecting large features, or headliners, to include in an upgrade, I want to share a few takeaways on this new process in Ethereum governance so far:

1. There is a lack of consensus on what constitutes a headliner for an upgrade in terms of impact, complexity, and technical readiness, which is creating confusion in the headliner selection process.

2. The idea of a headliner feature in an upgrade, in general, encourages innovative and ambitious ideas about how to make radical improvements to Ethereum, and brings these ideas to the forefront of Ethereum development and governance.

3. Headliner features for every upgrade truly mean that there is no such thing as a small fork on Ethereum.

4. Finally, the formal process of selecting headliners for Ethereum upgrades has created new opportunities for developers to formalize feedback from the community on upgrade scope."
