Currently trying to cancel @Verizon @verizonfios and it has so far taken me an hour and 16 min, and we're nowhere near done ...

@Verizon @verizonfios 90 minutes and counting. This is ridiculous. And the longer the chat is getting, the longer the responses take with a lot of weird tech "glitches" that make me feel like they're just trying to wait it until I get distracted or have to go so they don't have to cancel it ...

COMPLETE AFTER 2 HOURS I persevered through multiple times when the chat "refreshed" and got disconnected Interestingly, the chat agent would get incredibly slow to reply in the 10 minutes or so before the chat refreshes, as if they were running down the clock to see if they could shake me before the cancellation went through Also, toward the end, every "text" they sent to move the conversation forward wouldn't actually arrive for 20 minutes until after I would ask for it repeatedly cc @FCC
