context tags allow you to pull anything from the Scout app into your chat - the first one live is `sentiment`, but soon you'll be able to reference anything tags are now also going to come by default with any new feature we add - so when we add a TA panel (coming up next), there will automatically be a tag there what else do you want to reference in chat?
