To tackle the hiccups from our last test, we’ve made a bunch of upgrades: - Sub-1s pipeline: STT now embedded, LLM local, TTS still riding with ElevenLabs (add 0.5s silence delay and WiFi latency) - New stream setup with iPhone 16 Pro - Torso V11 is live - Swapped neck rotation motor: way smoother now - Replaced rubber pivot with a U-joint for better control - Laser-cut mic mufflers to fight wind noise on STT - WiFi 6 antenna upgrade with EM shielding for better stability Let’s see how it holds up in the next run.
