ppl get mad at insurance companies but I don't get the logic. they're supposed to cover these expenses from a limited pot of money. shouldn't ppl get mad at the sources of these costs? find them? whether it's PBMs, unnecessary procedures, professional associations lobbying to keep no of docs low?
