Work out routine as of late: Early morning lift split: - chest | biceps - shoulders - legs - back | triceps Afternoon: - most days do 2 mile run outside as fast as I can then do 40 mins of jump rope - once a week do 1 hr of hot yoga (surprisingly hardest thing I do all week) Have most energy I’ve had in a long time. Clean eating + plenty of fiber been very helpful too
