We are, as the saying goes, creatures of habit. According to a study from Duke University, around 45 percent of our everyday actions are made up of habits. As my compatriot Aristotle put it, “Habit’s but a long practice,” which “becomes men’s nature in the end.” So our lifestyle is, in essence, just the sum total of our habits.
