I eat all the days food by ~noon. I love it. I feel more energetic. Clear headed. Satiated. Lessened cravings. Eliminates bad nighttime eating. Improved sleep. This will sound crazy to a lot of you. Try it. You may love it too. If there’s a social gathering in the evening, I’ll put a little food on my plate to avoid calling attention to myself. My first meal is at ~5:30 am. Before noon, I eat a lot of high fiber veggies and legumes, polyphenol rich EVOO, and collagen peptides, and ~60g of pea and hemp protein. I feel sharper and don’t have post meal dead zones. One of the reasons why travel is so painful for me is that it tends to push food consumption to later in the day which negatively messes with my satiety, heart rate and sleep.
